We’ll find out:
- Knowledge – what do I know already, and need to know?
- Type – what type of content is best?
- Others – what are others saying and doing about this?
Determining appropriate content
Together we’ll determine the appropriate content based on questions and research.
We’ll find out:
- Style – is this content informative, persuasive, factual or instructional?
- Tone – should the tone be conversational, serious or humorous?
- Purpose – will this content educate, sell or reassure?
